Please read these terms before creating a workspace. By using Interia OS, you confirm that you are authorised to act for yourself or the organisation associated with your account.

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between the user or subscribing organisation and Interia OS regarding access to the public website, registration flow, authenticated workspace and related services. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Interia OS provides business operations tools for interior businesses, including customer, project, BOQ, finance, team, vendor, client-collaboration, reporting and related workflows. Features may evolve as we improve the service, subject to applicable commitments and notice where required.

3. Accounts and authority

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for protecting credentials and activity performed through your account.
  • Workspace owners and administrators must grant access only to authorised people and assign appropriate roles.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or compromised credentials.

4. Subscription and payments

The current complete-workspace plan is listed at ₹999 per month, with applicable taxes where required. Subscription payments are processed through Cashfree. Activation or renewal depends on verified server-side payment confirmation. Failed, reversed or disputed payments may affect subscription status. Any future pricing change will be presented before it applies to a new billing period, subject to applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person;
  • attempt to access another organisation's workspace or data without permission;
  • probe, bypass or interfere with authentication, permissions or security controls;
  • upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights;
  • resell or misrepresent the service without written authorisation; or
  • use automated activity that disrupts normal platform operation.

6. Your content and business data

You retain responsibility for the business data and content your authorised users enter. You confirm that your organisation has the rights and lawful basis needed to process that information. You grant Interia OS the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, back up and display the information solely to operate, secure and support the service.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Customer organisations remain responsible for their own notices, permissions and lawful use of employee, client, vendor and project data entered into their workspace.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, infrastructure events, security incidents or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access. We may make changes necessary for security, compliance, compatibility and service improvement.

9. Intellectual property

Interia OS, its software, interface, branding and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the subscribed service, no ownership rights are transferred to users.

10. Third-party services

The platform may rely on providers for infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing and other operational functions. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and availability. Interia OS is not responsible for third-party products beyond the obligations imposed by applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service subject to active subscription obligations. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful activity, serious misuse, unpaid subscriptions or material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

12. Disclaimers and liability

Interia OS supports operational record-keeping and workflow management; it is not legal, tax, accounting or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and liability is limited to direct losses arising from obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns in good faith through the contact channel below before pursuing formal remedies available under applicable law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
