Interia OS email is transactional and low-volume. Messages are triggered by user or authorised organisation activity—not purchased lists, bulk advertising or unsolicited campaigns.
1. Purpose
This policy explains the types of email sent by Interia OS, how recipients enter the system and the safeguards used to protect sender reputation and recipients.
2. Messages we send
Transactional messages may include:
- new-account and email-address verification;
- password reset and account-security notifications;
- workspace or team invitations initiated by an authorised owner or administrator;
- client or project workflow notifications resulting from actions inside a workspace;
- subscription, payment and service-status confirmations; and
- essential support or policy communications concerning an active account.
3. How recipients are added
Recipients are users who register directly, request an account action such as password reset, are added or invited by an authorised organisation owner or administrator, or participate in a client/project workflow managed by that organisation. Interia OS does not buy, rent, scrape or import third-party marketing lists.
4. Prohibited email activity
Interia OS and its users must not use the service for spam, deceptive messages, unsolicited promotions, purchased-list campaigns, phishing, harassment, malware delivery or content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Marketing messages
The transactional delivery system described on this page is not used for bulk marketing subscriptions. If Interia OS introduces optional marketing communication in the future, it will use a clear consent and unsubscribe process appropriate to that communication.
6. Bounce and complaint controls
We monitor delivery outcomes and use suppression controls for addresses that produce hard bounces or complaints. Addresses associated with repeated delivery failures or abuse reports are not intentionally retried. Sending patterns may be investigated, limited or suspended to protect recipients and platform reputation.
7. Sender authentication and security
Interia OS sends through authenticated domain infrastructure. Access to sending credentials is restricted, messages are transmitted using secure connections, and application events determine when transactional messages are generated.
8. Report an email concern
If you received an unexpected Interia OS message, do not share verification codes or reset links. Forward the message details to hello@interiaos.in so the event can be reviewed. Avoid forwarding passwords or payment credentials.
