Interia OS is a business operations platform. Each customer organisation controls the business records it enters into its workspace and determines who within its organisation can access them.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Interia OS public website, account registration, authenticated workspace and related support communications. It does not cover third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information such as name, work email address and authentication details.
- Organisation information such as business name, contact details and workspace settings.
- Operational records entered by authorised users, including customer, project, finance, team, vendor and client-collaboration data.
- Support messages and information you choose to share when requesting help.
Information collected automatically
- Security and technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps and authentication events.
- Essential session data required to keep users signed in and protect authenticated activity.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and administer workspaces;
- provide requested platform functions;
- authenticate users and protect accounts;
- process verified subscription events through our payment provider;
- send transactional emails such as verification, password reset, invitation and operational notifications;
- investigate errors, prevent misuse and improve reliability; and
- respond to support and legal requests.
4. Grounds for processing
Depending on the context, information is processed to provide the service requested by you or your organisation, protect legitimate security and operational interests, comply with applicable law, or act on consent where consent is required.
6. Workspace responsibility
Customer organisations decide what operational data to enter and which authorised team members may access it. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, maintaining accurate records and using the platform in compliance with applicable privacy and employment requirements.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention may vary by record type and workspace status. Temporary files may be removed earlier when their processing purpose has been completed.
8. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access, role controls, encrypted transport, tenant-aware access boundaries and operational logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users must protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
10. Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to account ownership, contractual requirements, applicable law and legitimate retention needs. If your account belongs to a customer organisation, the organisation's workspace owner may be the appropriate first contact for business records controlled by that organisation.
11. Children's privacy
Interia OS is a business service and is not directed to children. Users must have the legal capacity and organisational authority required to create or use an account.
12. Policy changes
We may update this policy when the service, legal requirements or processing practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
13. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@interiaos.in. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials or other highly sensitive information by email.
